Welcome to Swim Yukon!
Swim Yukon is the Sport Governing Body for competitive swimming in the Yukon. We are responsible for providing competitive championship opportuities, and administrative and development support for coaches, officials and athletes. Swim Yukon endeavours to encourage and support competitive swimming from the broad base of developing swimmers throughout the Yukon right up to the national and international pinnacle of swimming competition.
Swim Yukon promotes swimming in all 10 Yukon communities that have pools. Every year Swim Yukon hosts two summer meets in the communities, and two winter meets in Whitehorse. Time trials hosted by the Whitehorse Glacier Bears are also available to eligible swimmers.
Swim Yukon provides many services to its members. There is a coaches' library and video camera for all coaches to use.
Swim Yukon is associated with both Swim BC and Swimming Natation Canada (SNC).
